Whether you're looking for us to deliver or want us to stay at your event and provide a full service catering experience, we've got you covered!

Catering Menu:

Meats: 

  • Brisket
  • Chicken 
  • Turkey
  • Pork Ribs
  • Sausage (all beef)

Sides: 

  • Potato Salad
  • Mac N Cheese
  • Beans

Desserts: 

  • Nana's Carrot Cake
  • Allie's Banana Pudding

Catering Packages: (Both options are available for delivery or full-service).  

  • The Liv: 2 meats + 2 sides 
  • The Mike: 3 meats + 2 sides

Things to do before booking: 

  1. Determine which Catering package is right for you. 
  2. Send us a message via the Contact us page to get a custom quote for a specific package option and ensure your date is available. 
  3. Once your date has been confirmed, we will send you an invoice for the deposit amount due for the package selected. (You can pay in full at the time of booking, if preferred).
  4. If not paid in full at the time of booking, an invoice will be sent you to 2 weeks prior to the event date to collect the remaining balance. 
  5. Sit back and relax! We'll see you at your event! 

Things to know before booking: 

  • Our catering minimum is 25 people. 
  • We require a 50% deposit to reserve your date. If you need to reschedule or cancel, a credit will be issued for the deposit amount. No refund is provided.
  • We include 1/4 lb of each meat and a 4 oz serving of each side per person, as well as our homemade Liv Texas BBQ sauce, pickles, onions, and bread. 
  • Desserts are $4.50 per person. 
  • Gratuity is not included in our pricing & is optional at the time of event.
