We love our new pit and are excited to cook many more briskets and other meats on here very soon. After taking a break from bbq for a couple years, we're back at it. Life can pass you by when move a couple times and have a kiddo!

Who we are..
We are a husband and wife team who love Texas bbq.
While Mike is in front of the pit creating mouth watering bbq, Allison is behind the scenes creating content, working on all things business and is also the self proclaimed taste testing expert.
In our experience, BBQ has a way of bringing people together and we hope to do that in our own way too. We love the conversations had around a good bbq meal with friends, family and even strangers .
Inspired by our beautiful daughter, Olivia, and our love for our home state, we are Liv Texas BBQ.
